How can I access my data?

Does the service work on Apple Mac?

Am I entitled to any updates of the service?

Do I need to download the software?

No! There is no need to download anything, all you need is an internet connection. For convenient purposes only, you do have an option to download our app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is up to you- use the service through a web page, or through an app.

Can my accountant access my data?

Absolutely. Since our service is cloud-based, you have an option to grant access to a third-party, either your accountant or a new accountant of your choosing, just in case you would like a “second opinion”. In this case, the third-party will use their own login credentials to access your reports or other data you choose. It is up to you.

How can I make sure my data is secured?

When you use our service, all your data is stored on our cloud-based servers. We know that data is one of your company's most valuable assets. This is why we go to great lengths to protect it, including occasional backups.

I would also like my partners to use the service, will our data be synchronized?

Yes. The service is built in such a way that all of your company’s members can sign in with their credentials, each will be granted different editing preferences, but all the data everyone enters will be synchronized in real time.
